The Marin Actors' Workshop, in association with the College of Marin, announces a fantastic class offered by the college this spring.

VOICE OVERS: THE BIG PICTURE
July 11 and 18
10 am to 5 pm

Veteran voice actor, Terry McGovern, can cut through to the heart of how to make it with your voice. This is a chance to have time on the mic with a critique from Terry, as well as learn everything you've ever wanted to know about the business and marketing side of being a voice over actor -- including how to make money at it! In addition, Terry will feature at least one representative from the industry, so that you can ask questions of someone who deals with the reality of what works and what doesn't.

You'll not only have the opportunity to work on microphone, but you'll hear the results of your efforts, and you'll be critiqued on your strengths and your weaknesses.

Veteran actors and beginners alike will learn valuable tips on this complex and exciting line of work. You'll never learn more about "the business" and you'll never beat the price for this kind of training!

Many of Terry's students have gone on to sign with talent agencies and have found work in voice-over and animation. Let Terry show you how!
